We are nice regular folks, attracting other nice folks to live in the great retirement communities of southwest Ocala.
We keep our homes in top condition and we know that to keep vacancy low, it’s important to keep every current tenant happy, so that’s our constant focus.
We purchased each of our properties with an eye on quality ‘pride-of-ownership’ neighborhoods which are easy to access, close to shopping and medical facilities and offering all the perks of today’s retirement communities with activities, security, and tons of opportunities to make friends.
Each home has multiple unique features, so there’s something to love about all of them!
Our Story
We’re not a corporate landlord. In fact our properties are relatively few compared to some others’ holdings. So we’re personable, responsive and our houses are truly HOMES.
