What’s your application policy?
We have a written 2-page application and require the following to be processed:
- Completed application including information on current landlord or home ownership
- Explain any unusual circumstances
- Application fee of $50 per adult resident ($75 for a married couple)
- Pay application fees in person, by mail or by PayPal
- Driver licenses (photos or scans) for all applicants
- Proof of income for all adult residents
- Photos and details of all pets who may be in residence
- Note: All pets are subject to approval and may require additional deposit and/or additional rent
- Please allow up to 24 hours for application review
- Application form can be emailed to you
Do you accept pets?
Yes, but always subject to specific approval. Responsible pet owners make great tenants!
Additional deposits and/or additional rent may be required upon pet approval
We will want to know:
- Type of animal (dog, cat, etc)
- Male or female / Spayed or neutered
- Age / Weight / Color
- Health issues
- Indoor or outdoor

Call or text to Gary or Linda FIRST. (You’ll have our phone numbers!) We live nearby and have considerable experience in all phases of property maintenance and repair.
